What is a full groom and how long will it take?Full grooming is our complete service which includes bath, brush and blow dry, nail clipping, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, the full body haircut & more. It takes approximately 1-2 hours, depending on size and breed.

Will my dog be in a kennel?Yes and no. We are a kennel optional groomer. While we do our best to make the grooming process a fun and enjoyable experience for your pet, safety is our priority. Therefore, if safety of a team member, or another pet is a concern, we will safely and humanely kennel them.

Why does my pet have long nails even after you cut them?Nail clipping and even filling is done according to the length of the quick. The quick is the sensitive part of the nail that contains blood vessels and nerves. Each dog and even each nail have different quick sizes. We will go as short as we can without hurting your pet.

My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?Enter your answer here. Be thoughtful, write clearly and concisely, and consider adding written as well as visual examples. Go over what you’ve written to make sure that if it was the first time you were visiting the site, you’d understand your answer.

Dou require any documents ?Yes, we require vaccine documentation. Your pet must have canine parvovirus, distemper, canine hepatitis and rabies shots done. If your pet is medicated, or sedated in any way we also require documentation from your pet to confirm it is ok to groom your pet.

Every time I got to a groomer they talk about matts. What are they?In simple words, matting is a condition in your dog's fur that is caused by dense tangles and knots. It's a painful condition that can lead to other health concerns such as infections or skin irritations and can also mask other health issues or parasites.

How often does my pet need to be groomed?It is recommended between 2-6 weeks. Every 2 weeks for a bath and brush, and around 4-6 weeks for haircuts
